Ошибка при входе в InTouch Access Anywhere сессию "Your password is either expired or must be changed before logging on the first time..."

Описание:
Ошибка при входе в сессию InTouch Access Anywhere "Your password is either expired or must be changed before logging on the first time. Please update your password. If the problem persists, please contact your System Administrator.”
Решение:
1. In Windows Services, Stopped “InTouch Access Anywhere Server” service, changed it from local account to a windows account with local administrator privileges and started it.
2. On the ITAA landing page, used the login as : DomainName\UserName or WorstationName\UserName and password. After this the problem went away.
